Take a bow please.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this e-mail in order to highlight the outstanding work that is done by Nicola and her team at Empowering U.
Working with students who have Special Educational Needs is a very specialist area and takes a great deal of time, commitment and effort – all of these are given in plentiful supply by Nicola and her staff.
Some of our students present a range of complicated issues which can be difficult to manage successfully.  However, Nicola’s team at Empowering U work tirelessly with our staff to ensure that our students gain the most from their experiences.
It is rare to find a business that has both the skills and willingness to offer our students the level of support that they need in order to succeed, but Empowering U gives exactly what is required to ensure maximum development and progress.
Feedback from both staff and students is consistently positive and as a school we would find it extremely difficult to find another provider that could offer a service that is close to the quality that we receive from Empowering U.
I would be only to happy to put forward Nicola and Empowering U for the business innovation award.
Kindest regards,
James Horspool

The above letter is just one of many  fantastic pieces of feedback as a company we have had from other organisations.  As a company our aim was to help provide work experience for individuals who are often over looked due to their learning difficulties or disabilities.

Nicola Protheroe Jones, Empowering U’s Head of Service’s vision, of a safe caring environment which gives individuals the opportunity to shine, is so much more than that now its a living, breathing reality.

And as we fast approach our one year anniversary it’s wonderful to discover that Nicola has been nominated for the

Business Innovation Award.

It’s a huge honour to everyone here at Empowering U Care Limited to know that the hard work done everyday by our amazing team of staff has done exactly what it was supposed to do, and that’s make a real difference to the lives of all who walk through our doors.
