Chair commissioner and case manager meetings, family meetings, staff meetings and the weekly MDT meetings

Working in the reablement outreach team helping individuals with a brain or spinal injury transitioning from hospital to home

Regularly produce therapy reports, review care plans and assessments to ensure appropriate compliance for the wider therapy team

Manage a caseload of complex clients with a brain or spinal injury, using highly specialised clinical reasoning and handling skills.
